I was able to update the firmware from my S58 JB4 to B58 and put the JB4 on my M340i. It made a decent difference on my X3M. I felt it more going backwards (taking it off and going to stock) vs putting it on. I think it sounds nice with just a downpipe. A full exhaust is a different beast altogether. For power, if you don't plan on tuning then don't waste your time with a downpipe. You're not going to notice much aside from throttle response and a deeper note/louder burbles. We did three power runs with tune loaded and all were very consistent around 390whp, best was 391.8whp. Fabspeed which is CEL guaranteed uses a 200cell cat and is sold for $2K. AA is a 400cell cat and is sold for ~$1500.
